Decoupage Queen Winter Minis rice paper A4 (or similar)
Decoupage glue 
Water based Gloss varnish (Pentart pouring glaze also works)
Silver metallic paint
White Acrylic paint
Pentart 3D decor pen/Ice Crystal Pen/Snow crystal pen/silver glitter pen
Iridescent glitter (not needed if using silver glitter pen) 
White/silver organza ribbon - up to 1cm wide
