Wood and Leather imitation with clay Book Box Class
In this 2 part class you will learn how to create a book box just like the one in photos and how to imitate leather and weathered wood look using air dry clay and acrylic paints.
Class and techniques used were spicifically chosen by me to make it easily accessible to students of all skill levels and walks of life.
If you are unable to source the materials I used in the class - that's ok, you can easily use whatever materials you have access to in your part of the world and/or fit your budget.
As always the aim of the class is to teach you techniques that can be used in many different ways and on many different projects so it's not so much about replicating what you see in the photo as much as teaching you to make it work for YOU.
What you are purchasing is a recording of a Live Workshop I taught for my Patreon Students Back in 2021. Which means you will gain access to the recordings of around 4 hours of live video footage on Youtube.
You wont just gain access to the videos themselves but also the recorded communication between the students in the chat and myself
which is incredibly helpful as they were asking some great questions.
In this class you will learn:
- How to imitate wood with Air Dry Clay
- How to imitate leather look with Air Dry Clay
- How to use moulds
- How to use acrylic painting techniques to achieve weathered wood look.
- How to use stencils
- How to decoupage
- How to use Furniture Waxes
- How to use Decor Waxes
- Many other tips and tricks that were discussed at different points of this live streamed class
And my favourite of all - How to trust the process and push through the "not so pretty" stage!
After purchase you will be able to download a PDF file which contains the links to the video classes as well as a list of products needed to create this project.
Once purchased the PDF file and the link is yours to keep so you can learn at your own pace and re-watch the video as many times as you would like to!
* THIS IS A DIGITAL FILE, NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT.
**Due to the nature of the product once purchased no refund can be given.
*** Please contact me with any questions about this class using contact form on the website or via Direct Messages on Instagram or Facebook.
