Christmas Decoupage Led candle

Well hello again!

So Today I have another Youtube video for you! This time it's a Christmas Decoupage Candle, perfect option for a handmade Christmas present!

Below you will find the video and product list which will come in handy if you want to make one (or a few) of your own but first, a few things to note!

If you want to decorate a candle - I will ALWAYS advise to go for an LED candle instead of a regular one.

  1. It's a much safer option. I don't care what glue you use, which method of paper application you use, what other things you stick on to it - unless you can commit to staring at that candle up close and personal as it burns away, DON'T DO IT. Let's just think about it for a second. You're adding PAPER where it will be UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL with FIRE. And yes, I did experiment with burning decoupaged candles. And it did indeed catch fire.

  2. It can be used without being an obvious fire hazard.

  3. It will last a lot longer than a regular candle if you choose to risk burning it.

  4. It is a great option for people that are nervous around open fires, may be sensitive to scents from real candles and or have kids/pets.

So. With that being said - I hope you will enjoy this little video and make one for yourself!

And if it's not your thing - you know who will definitely enjoy it? Yo mum :D
